About Andrew
Andrew Ntzouras grew up in Downey, about 15 minutes from Los Angeles, CA. He has worked as a public school elementary teacher, university professor, and county office of education program specialist. Kobe Bryant visited Andrew's classroom and said of Andrew, "They have a really, really great teacher who is completely committed and passionate about teaching young kids and inspiring them... He actually built the curriculum around one of the shows that I created called The Punies."
As a student who nearly failed 6th grade and hated reading, and who eventually earned his Master's in Education with a literacy focus to better understand how to motivate students to love reading and learning, Andrew was inspired to become a teacher and author to help students who felt like school wasn't for them feel confident in their abilities and recognize their unique talents and full potential.
Hope is a unique young adult novel that explores familiar relational issues experienced during adolescence. Through this captivating, unforgettable story, relatable characters, and real-life struggles and feelings, Andrew hopes to strengthen your belief in the power of hope and empower your journey.
